NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Don't be fooled by companies or individuals providing inadequate training.  There are currently several companies offering 10 hour OSHA cards that are not fulfilling the training requirements set forth by the law.

In regard to 10 Hour OSHA Training

"Class Time.  Breaks and lunch periods are not counted as class time. Instructional times must be at least 10- hours ......."

If you are solicited by anyone claiming to do this training in 10 hours or less, do not be fooled. You, the employer, are responsible for providing training to your employees that meets or exceeds the conditions set forth by OSHA.
